We are all sinners. The Bible says that ALL have sinned. You must realize and accept the fact that you are a sinner. The Bible says that we have missed the target... God's mark…we have all fallen short.
Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
No man is RIGHTEOUS. You can be religious and try to do all the rules, but it still does not make you righteous. In the same way that the one that does not even try, but lives for pleasure is not righteous. The only one that has always been RIGHTEOUS -- is JESUS!
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
DEATH as in the eternal lake of fire.
However, in the same verse, the GIFT of God is ETERNAL LIFE thru JESUS CHRIST our LORD. This is a choice that we have to make. Our unrighteousness and failure to reach God's goal, places on our account DEATH. It is the natural WAGES of our SIN.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that,
while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Don't wait till you get your life straightened out to accept Jesus' gift. He died for us while we were yet sinners. Now is the day of salvation.
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name
of the Lord shall be saved.
WHOSOEVER -- This includes YOU. Call upon him, realize and accept that you are a sinner that Jesus died to pay for your sins. Call upon God and accept that free gift that God offers -- Salvation!
